Job summary

Arthur Recruitment is representing a national law firm seeking a Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience. You will handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters for diverse clients, including SMEs and large businesses.

You will advise on disciplinary, grievance, ACAS early conciliation, and settlement agreements, draft contracts and policies, and manage TUPE projects while mentoring junior team members in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law.
• Strong background in both advisory and contentious matters.
• Confident managing your own caseload.
• Commercially minded with excellent client-facing skills.
• Previous supervision or mentoring experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
