Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience leading teams, coaching, training and having honest conversations.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and developing future leaders.
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals
• Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
• Be the role model—set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team
• Create a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels welcome
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent—you’ll know how to build a dream team+ pipeline future talent
• Bring the Fun and keep the energy high, the service smooth, and the culture poppin’
