You will lead RCFA investigations, develop preventive maintenance strategies, and work with production to boost plant reliability and reduce downtime, including vibration and condition monitoring, with SAP PM used for data analysis. Qualifications

• Experience in Reliability/ Maintenance/ Mechanical Engineering in heavy manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Preventive maintenance and Condition-based maintenance techniques.
• Experience with RCFA, FMEA or similar CI methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to improving plant reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCFA investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and improve preventative maintenance strategies.
• Support reliability initiatives including vibration analysis, oil analysis and condition monitoring.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Manage small improvement projects focused on safety, reliability and operational efficiency.
• Using SAP PM and engineering data to identify trends and optimise maintenance activities.
