Job summary

Technique-Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Maintenance & Compliance Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team at a North Norfolk site. The role focuses on developing and implementing the UK Asset Care plan and ensuring ISO 9001 and BRC-loop compliance.

You will lead engineering maintenance, manage safety and drive continuous improvement through CMMS data-driven culture, collaborating with the SLT, planning, and procurement to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing an engineering/maintenance team.
• Formal Health and Safety management skills training.
• Project management experience and Stage Gate process familiarity.
• IT literate with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage Health and Safety with a Zero Accident mentality.
• Coordinate and implement a UK Asset Care Plan.
• Oversee installation, maintenance and improvement of production lines.
• Provide project plans with scope, cost, timelines and risks.
• Collaborate with SLT, stakeholders and contractors.
• Drive CMMS implementation and data-driven culture.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and BRC-loop compliance.
• Lead recruitment and development of Engineering and Asset Care teams.
