Job summary

BCG Cares is seeking a Maintenance and Compliance Manager to lead the regional maintenance team and oversee refurbishment/maintenance across care homes. You will ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while minimising disruption to residents and staff.

You will drive project delivery within budget, oversee multiple sites, and stay abreast of changes in regulations and best practices in maintenance and compliance. A proactive, hands-on leader is essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management, ideally healthcare or care homes.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building codes, compliance requirements.
Experience leading refurbishment or maintenance projects and managing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead regional maintenance team; guide home-based staff.
Oversee refurbishment and maintenance projects to meet quality standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory health and safety requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain standards and regulatory compliance.
Identify improvements to maintenance processes to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with care home teams to minimise resident disruption.
