Job summary

Discovery Care Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a Maintenance Technicians team across multiple Care Homes in Kent. The role focusses on caring for and maintaining two sites, with a third in development, ensuring high standards and CQC compliance.

You will manage costs, sourcing materials and supervising contract work, while flexible hours may apply. The ideal candidate will have practical trade skills, leadership ability, and a drive to improve care home environments.

Qualifications

• Wide range of practical/trade skills.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team and manage projects.
• Strong focus on Health and Safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Team and conduct audits to ensure high standards and CQC compliance.
• Monitor condition, safety and security of the premises.
• Support Area Manager with job costing, ordering and stock controls.
• Coordinate daily/weekly operations to meet business needs and manage contractor work.
