Job summary

Contract Personnel Ltd is seeking a Quality Control Technician for a Norfolk-based manufacturer in the food supplement sector. You will support the Quality Control & Compliance Manager to uphold the QMS, ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance across the business.

Key duties include managing supplier approvals and COAs, handling complaints and CAPA, maintaining documents, training records and calibration logs, and supporting GMP, BRC, ISO and customer audits.

Qualifications

• Experience with QMS, CAPA, audits and document control.
• Experience in quality assurance or quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Management System and regulatory compliance.
• Review COAs, supplier approvals and CAPA processes.
• Support internal and external audits and update SOPs.
