Fintech Farm Ltd in the UK is seeking an experienced ASO/SEO & Organic Growth Specialist to own growth across fintech products and markets. You will develop and execute ASO, SEO, SERM, and CRO strategies to drive user acquisition and improve app store visibility.

As we expand into new markets, you will launch and scale organic channels from day one, coordinating with product, design, analytics and marketing teams to deliver measurable results and ongoing optimization.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on ASO and SEO experience with high-traffic mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of App Store and Google Play ranking algorithms and optimization techniques.
• Experience managing keyword strategies, content optimization, and multi-market organic growth.
• Proven track record with app ratings, reviews management, SERM and reputation monitoring.
• Experience with CRO, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decisions.
• Proficient with tools like AppTweak, Ahrefs, BrandMentions, Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Amplitude.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute ASO strategies for iOS and Android across markets.
• Own and optimize App Store and Google Play product pages.
• Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion and visibility.
• Build and execute SEO strategies to increase qualified traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and monitor rankings across products and markets.
• Develop SEO-focused content strategies, briefs, and performance analysis.
• Manage SERM and monitor brand mentions to improve sentiment.
• Drive CRO initiatives through funnel analysis, landing page optimization, and experiments.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Build dashboards, track KPIs, and optimize strategies based on data.
