Qualifications

• Experience in SEO, especially in B2B SaaS/FinTech/tech preferred.
• Track record of organic growth and international SEO across markets.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into insights for strategy.
• Knowledge of EEAT principles in YMYL sectors.
• Excellent communication and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth KPIs for WorldFirst by coordinating with development, content, and marketing teams.
• Own and refine SEO strategies across global sites and languages.
• Optimize site architecture, indexing, and Core Web Vitals for better rankings.
• Assess content performance and sharpen focus on high-potential topics.
• Strengthen backlink profile to boost domain authority.
• Collaborate with product, content, and regional teams to ensure localized SEO.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends in SEO.
• Monitor and report on SEO outcomes with a data-driven approach.
