Caterpillar Larne is seeking an Authorized Rental Provider Senior Account Manager to drive growth across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The role combines strategic account planning with aggressive expansion of the ARP network and significant travel.

You will lead ARP development, negotiate with partners, and collaborate with dealers and regional teams to expand Caterpillar's Rental Power footprint.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in account management, sales, business development, channel management, or rental industry leadership.
• Experience managing multinational accounts across EAME.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for ARP accounts across the EAME region.
• Drive Rental Power revenue growth, fleet utilization, and market share through the ARP channel.
• Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard new Authorized Rental Providers in priority markets across EAME.
• Lead ARP qualification activities, including business assessments, market analysis, growth potential evaluations, and onboarding recommendations.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with ARP partners and senior stakeholders.
