Job summary
Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist for our Fordingbridge studio. You will lead technical delivery on a varied portfolio from Historic & Conservation to Residential, taking projects from design to construction with emphasis on RIBA Stage 4 and compliance with UK Building Regulations.
Join a top 100 practice with strong local presence, mentoring opportunities, and potential progression toward Associate level.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the architectural industry.
- Proven experience running and delivering architectural projects.
- Strong experience across RIBA Stage 4 onwards.
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction technology.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Technical delivery and day-to-day running of projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.
- Coordinate and develop technical packages and drawings.
- Attend and contribute to design team and project meetings.
- Manage project information, deadlines and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members and support career progression.
