Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a Leicester team. The role focuses on leading projects from design to completion, with hybrid working and a strong residential portfolio across multiple sectors.

You will act as the primary Job Runner and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors. The ideal candidate has proven project-running experience in residential schemes, strong Revit skills, and a track record of delivering technical and

Qualifications

• Experience leading architectural projects as Job Runner.
• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• CIAT membership or working towards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from technical design through to completion.
• Take ownership of projects with minimal supervision as primary Job Runner.
• Deliver residential, care home and recladding schemes across lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout the project.
• Produce high quality technical drawings and construction information using Revit.
• Attend design team meetings, client meetings and site visits.
