Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architectural Technologist for the Fordingbridge studio. You will work on technical delivery from RIBA Stage 4 onwards, collaborating with Architects and Designers across Historic & Conservation, Hotels, Community and Residential projects.

The role offers hybrid working, flexible hours and a clear path for training and professional development within an award-winning AJ Top 100 practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within an architectural practice or similar environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience across RIBA Stages 4 onwards with Revit/AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction technology.

Responsibilities

• Producing and developing detailed technical drawings and construction information.
• Using Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis.
• Reviewing, coordinating and developing technical packages.
• Working closely with Architects, Designers and other project stakeholders.
• Ensuring designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and standards.
• Contributing to successful delivery of projects to high standards, on time and within budget.
