Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' industry experience.
• Proven experience leading projects across all RIBA Stages.
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Revit.
• Live within a commutable distance of Kettering.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across all RIBA Stages from concept through to completion
• Produce high-quality technical drawing packages, schedules and specifications using Revit
• Coordinate project delivery, ensuring quality, programme and client expectations are met
• Develop detailed construction information and technical detailing
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, Building Control and local authorities
• Coordinate internal design teams and external consultants throughout project delivery
• Attend client meetings and site visits as required
• Work across Education, Commercial, Student Accommodation, Heritage, Cultural and Residential projects
• Take ownership of projects whilst remaining hands-on with technical production
