Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD represents a well-established architectural practice seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Kettering office. You will take ownership of projects across all RIBA stages while remaining hands-on with delivery and producing high-quality technical information using Revit.

The role covers Education, Commercial, Student Accommodation, Heritage and Cultural sectors with typical project values around £10m+.

Qualifications

5+ years industry experience.
Proven experience leading projects across all RIBA Stages.
Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Revit.
Experience on medium to large-scale projects (£10m+).
Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating in a team.

Responsibilities

Lead projects across all RIBA Stages from concept through to completion.
Produce high-quality technical drawing packages, schedules and specifications using Revit.
Coordinate project delivery, ensuring quality, programme and client expectations are met.
Develop detailed construction information and technical detailing.
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, Building Control and local authorities.
Coordinate internal design teams and external consultants throughout project delivery.
Attend client meetings and site visits as required.
Work across Education, Commercial, Student Accommodation, Heritage, Cultural and Residential projects.
Take ownership of projects whilst remaining hands-on with technical production.
