Job summary

White Space Recruitment has an urgent contract opportunity for an Architectural Technologist / Technician, Project Architect or Principal Designer with strong AutoCAD skills to work on a substantial high-end residential refurbishment in central London. The role covers all RIBA stages from concept to construction.

The successful candidate will support a lead architect, with 2-3 days per week in a West London studio and the remainder from home, approximately 40 hours per week, with start date

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD skills and proven ability to produce drawings and details for all RIBA stages.
• Experience as Architectural Technologist/Technician, Project Architect or Principal Designer.
• Available immediately or within 1 week after interview.

Responsibilities

• Support a lead architect on refurbishment of a listed high-end residential building from concept to construction across all RIBA stages.
• Work 2-3 days/week in a West London studio and the rest from home (approx. 40 hours per week).
