Job summary

White Space Recruitment has an urgent contract opportunity for an Architectural Technologist / Technician, Project Architect or Principal Designer with strong AutoCAD skills to work on a substantial high-end residential refurbishment in central London. The role covers all RIBA stages from concept to construction.

The successful candidate will support a lead architect, with 2-3 days per week in a West London studio and the remainder from home, approximately 40 hours per week, with start date

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD skills and proven ability to produce drawings and details for all RIBA stages.
• Experience as Architectural Technologist/Technician, Project Architect or Principal Designer.
• Available immediately or within 1 week after interview.

Architectural Technologist / Technician or Project Architect - Strong AutoCAD - RIBA 1-5 - Large High-End Residential Project

This architectural and interiors practice offers a bespoke design and project management service to high-net-worth residential clients and is urgently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist / Technician, Project Architect or Principal Designer with strong AutoCAD skills for a contract running to April 2027 with likely extensions.

The successful Architectural Technologist / Technician, Project Architect or Principal Designer will be supporting a lead architect working on the extensive refurbishment of a substantial listed high-end residential building in prime central London covering all RIBA stages from concept through to construction. The expectation would be to work 2-3 days/week in a West London studio and the rest from home circa 40 hours per week.

Experienced Architectural Technologists / Technicians, Project Architects or Principal Designers applying must have strong AutoCAD skills and proven experience of producing drawings and details for all RIBA stages, preferably for other high-end residential and/or listed buildings.
