Job summary

White Space Recruitment is seeking an Architectural Technologist/Technician, Project Architect or Principal Designer for a large high-end residential project in central London. The role covers all RIBA stages from concept to construction, supporting a lead architect.

The position is hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in a West London studio and the rest from home, around 40 hours weekly. Immediate start preferred, with contract running to April 2027 and likely extensions.

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD skills with ability to produce drawings across all RIBA stages.
• Experience on high-end residential projects or listed buildings preferred.
• Available to start immediately or within 1 week after interview.

Responsibilities

• Support lead architect on refurbishment of a listed high-end residential building.
• Work across all RIBA stages from concept to construction.
• Mix 2–3 days in a West London studio with the remainder from home (~40 hours/week).
