Job summary

Anderselite is seeking an experienced Senior Technologist to join its Cardiff studio, leading technical delivery on large-scale projects (£20m+). The role requires mentoring junior staff, coordinating consultants, and delivering detailed design solutions with a strong emphasis on MMC and net zero initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technical delivery on large-scale projects (£20m+).
• Strong Revit skills and producing 1:5/1:10 details, NBS specifications, and GA drawings.
• Experience leading design teams and coordinating consultants.
• Knowledge of construction legislation, performance criteria, and design compliance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, workloads, and deadlines effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong track record in large-scale education or similar projects (£20m+), who can lead technical delivery and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Develop and deliver technical proposals, specifications, and detailed design solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Support innovative design approaches, including MMC and net zero carbon initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
