Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd. is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Cambridge team. You will act as the technical backbone across a varied project portfolio, coordinating with architects, engineers and project managers to bring complex designs to life.

The role involves managing projects from concept to completion across education, civic, commercial, heritage, and other sectors, with a focus on technical accuracy and Building Regulations compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Architectural Technology or a relevant discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, NBS Chorus and BIM360.
• Solid understanding of technical design and the UK construction process.
• Experience producing and coordinating construction information.
• Experience producing material specifications and detailed design solutions.
• Able to translate technical matters clearly for non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Proactive CPD and adherence to professional codes of conduct (CIAT).

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical backbone for a diverse project portfolio.
