Job summary

Anderselite is seeking an experienced Senior Technologist to join its Cardiff studio, leading technical delivery on large-scale projects (£20m+). The role requires mentoring junior staff, coordinating consultants, and delivering detailed design solutions with a strong emphasis on MMC and net zero initiatives.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in technical delivery on large-scale projects (£20m+).
Strong Revit skills and producing 1:5/1:10 details, NBS specifications, and GA drawings.
Experience leading design teams and coordinating consultants.
Knowledge of construction legislation, performance criteria, and design compliance.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, workloads, and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Develop and deliver technical proposals, specifications, and detailed design solutions.
Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
Support innovative design approaches, including MMC and net zero carbon initiatives.
Manage client relationships and contribute to project profitability and successful delivery.
Supervise and delegate tasks to junior team members or outsource partners.
