You'll prepare building regulations and planning applications, drive projects from inception to completion, mentor junior staff, and ensure technical excellence with Revit and strong knowledge of UK building regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology
• Significant post-qualification experience in a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience managing projects across multiple sectors
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical detailing and presentation skills
• Experience leading a small team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driver’s license

They are on the lookout for an experienced, job running Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Huddersfield studio.
