Yorkshire in Bradford is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their RIBA chartered practice. You will manage commercial projects from inception to completion, prepare planning applications, and perform site visits to ensure technical compliance. A degree in Architectural Technology and experience with UK regulations are required.

Desirable skills include ArchiCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and generous holiday allowance.

They are currently on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to join their Bradford studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Manage and deliver on a range of commercial projects
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
• Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Proficiency with ArchiCAD is desirable
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
• Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations within a UK practice
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Bradford area
