Key responsibilities for the Senior Architectural Technician:

• Take residential projects from initial concept right through to completion
• Produce building regulations packages and put together planning submissions
• Attend site visits and carry out surveys to confirm technical compliance
• Work closely with clients and consultants to make sure projects are delivered successfully

What we're looking for in a Senior Architectural Technician:

• A degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
• Substantial post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technician in a UK practice
• Strong working knowledge of Vectorworks or AutoCAD (essential)
• A track record of managing residential projects
• Sound understanding of UK building regulations
• Previous experience of conducting site visits
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation abilities
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
