Job summary

AZTRUM seeks an Architect in Reading to deliver a range of residential projects from concept to completion.

You will join a close-knit team, manage design development, and produce planning drawings and construction documentation to UK standards.

Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect with UK practice experience.
• Experience delivering UK residential projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience across multiple RIBA stages.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Residential projects across multiple RIBA stages.
• Produce high-quality design proposals, planning drawings and technical information.
• Prepare planning applications, Building Regulations packages and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.
• Develop practical design solutions that meet client and project requirements.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and design team meetings.
• Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements.
• Support the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
