Penguin Recruitment is seeking an Architectural Technician in Croydon. You will contribute to delivering high-quality technical drawings and support a range of residential projects from planning to completion.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology.
• Post-qualification experience, ideally in residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Within commuting distance of Sutton.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality technical drawing packages.
• Work primarily on residential schemes, from planning through to completion.
• Apply strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure efficient project delivery using Revit (essential).
