Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline.
• Significant post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technician in a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Vectorworks or AutoCAD is essential.
• Experience managing projects within the residential sector.
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Experience carrying out site visits in a previous role.
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
