Job summary

EA Associates is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the technical delivery of architectural projects in Birmingham. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, develop and coordinate detailed design and production information, and collaborate with clients, consultants and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have ARB registration with RIBA qualifications (or equivalent), 10+ years of post-ARB experience, and strong Revit/BIM capabilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration and RIBA qualifications or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience post-ARB qualification.
• Proven experience delivering projects with Revit and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of architectural projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and coordinate detailed design and production information.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and project teams.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve design and construction issues.
• Mentor and support architectural team members.
• Help deliver projects on time and within programme and commercial objectives.
