Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Architect in Birmingham to lead and deliver high-profile Residential projects within a collaborative, design-driven practice.

The role requires ARB/RIBA Chartered status, 5–10 years PQE in residential work, strong leadership, and client engagement. Revit is desirable; Photoshop/InDesign helpful. Flexible working options and clear progression plans are offered.

Their Birmingham office continues to grow, and they are now seeking a Senior Architect to help lead and deliver a range of high‑profile Residential projects. As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in project delivery, team leadership and client engagement. You’ll be joining a collaborative, design‑driven environment where your expertise will directly influence the continued success and growth of the practice.

Key requirements for the Senior Architect:

• ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect
• Minimum 5–10years’ post‑qualification experience
• Extensive experience delivering Residential work
• Proven job‑running capability, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and delegating to junior team members
• Full working proficiency in Revit (desirable)
• Experience using Photoshop and InDesign is advantageous
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage clients, consultants and contractors
