Job summary

Airey Miller, part of the Celnor Group, is seeking a Senior Architect/Associate Architect to lead design and technical delivery across sectors from residential refurbishment to façade remediation and fire safety. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive project success and client relations within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience.
• Proven experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA stages.
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of project finances, resource planning and risk management.
• Desirable contract administration and construction stage delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver architectural projects across RIBA Stages 1–4, ensuring high-quality design and technical information.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders to support efficient project delivery.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to repeat business and new commissions.
• Lead project meetings, design reviews and technical discussions, managing risks and resolving issues.
• Prepare and review planning applications, statutory approvals, tender packages and construction information.
• Monitor project programmes, resources, fees and budgets to support commercial performance.
• Support business development, bid submissions and the mentoring of junior team members.
