Job summary

Airey Miller is seeking a Senior Architect/Associate Architect to lead the design and technical delivery of projects across residential refurbishment, façade remediation, fire safety and development in the Greater London area. You will work closely with the Head of Architecture and Directors to drive high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience.
• Proven experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA stages.
• Strong design, technical and construction knowledge.
• Experience in refurbishment, façade remediation, fire safety or Building Safety Act related projects.
• Confident managing multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of project finances and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver architectural projects across RIBA Stages 1–4 with high-quality design and technical information.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders to support efficient project delivery.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to repeat business and new commissions.
• Lead project meetings, design reviews and technical discussions, managing risks and resolving issues.
• Prepare and review planning applications, statutory approvals, tender packages and construction information.
• Monitor project programmes, resources, fees and budgets to support commercial performance.
• Support business development, bid submissions and mentoring of junior team members.
