Airey Miller, part of the Celnor Group, is seeking a Senior Architect / Associate Architect to lead design and technical delivery across residential refurbishment, façade remediation and fire safety projects in the Greater London area.

The role combines architecture leadership with client management, business development and team mentoring, offering a clear progression pathway towards Associate Director and exposure to strategic client management and project portfolio leadership.

Qualifications

• ARB-registered Architect with significant post-Part 3 experience.
• Proven experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA stages.
• Strong design, technical and construction knowledge.
• Experience in refurbishment, façade remediation, fire safety or Building Safety Act-related projects.
• Commercially aware with understanding of project finances, resources and risk management.
• Proactive and able to mentor others; strong communication skills.
• Desirable: contract administration and construction stage delivery experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver architectural projects across RIBA Stages 1–4 with high-quality design and technical information.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders for efficient project delivery.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to repeat business and new commissions.
• Lead project meetings, design reviews and technical discussions, mitigating risks and resolving issues.
• Prepare and review planning applications, statutory approvals, tender packages and construction information.
• Monitor project programmes, resources, fees and budgets to support commercial performance.
• Support business development, bid submissions and mentoring of junior team members.
