Job summary

Airey Miller is seeking a Commercial Manager / Head of Cost Consultancy Services to lead cost consultancy across major residential development and fire safety remediation programmes in England. This senior role requires Chartered status, strong leadership, and a strategic client-focused approach.

You will guide procurement, value engineering and project cost management, while building client relationships and growing the Cost Consultancy service within the Celnor Group.

Qualifications

• Chartered or equivalent Cost Consultant with residential development, high-rise or fire safety remediation experience.
• Strong leadership experience with ability to manage and develop a Cost Consultancy team.
• Excellent client-facing and commercial skills with ability to drive growth and value.
• Solid procurement knowledge, including PCSA, joint ventures and value engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead development appraisals, cost planning and estimating for residential and remediation projects.
• Provide senior commercial and cost consultancy guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop the Cost Consultancy team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
