Job summary

Locri Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architect to join a London practice on luxury residential and heritage-led projects. You will lead design through delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships in a hybrid working environment.

The role requires 5+ years' post-Part 3 experience, UK registration, and strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and NBS, with a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and heritage projects.

The practice delivers high-quality residential, hospitality and heritage projects, combining strong design with technical expertise and a sensitive approach to existing and historic buildings.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect to take responsibility for the delivery of luxury residential projects, including refurbishment and heritage-led schemes, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential and hospitality projects
• Develop design and technical information through to delivery
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams
• Manage project teams, workloads and programmes
• Produce technical and construction information
• Review contractor and consultant information

About You
