Citi London is seeking an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to join its Tech team. This senior role drives the design, development and deployment of critical financial systems, coordinating across management groups to deliver scalable solutions in a complex global environment.

You will mentor mid-level developers, manage projects, and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies while navigating fast-changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• SME in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure integration of functions and deploy new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high impact problems through evaluation of business processes and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and align design with architecture.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop coding/testing standards.
• Develop knowledge of how architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and create solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, policy, and Citi regulations.
