You will partner with management teams, coach mid-level developers, ensure architectural compliance, and deliver high‑impact projects in a global finance context, with potential hybrid work opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions and define enhancements.
• Resolve high impact problems through evaluation of complex processes and standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design aligns with architecture.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws, rules and Citi policies.
