Citi London is seeking an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to guide design and delivery of core systems within a hybrid work model. You will lead development and systems analysis initiatives aligned with the enterprise architecture.

The role requires extensive experience in applications development and programming, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while driving projects to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions and deploy improvements.

• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
