The ideal candidate will have at least one year in Application Support, with SQL and digital forms experience, and a background in Anaplan or finance. ITIL Foundation and occasional regional visits are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Application Support role, minimum one year.
• Experience with SQL and building digital forms is essential.
• Experience with Anaplan or finance background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple applications including Anaplan and Coins.
• Provide second line support and maintenance for applications.
• Coordinate with third party providers to resolve issues and monitor performance.
• Capture business requirements, test and deliver enhancements.
