Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Technical Integrations Manager to own end-to-end API integrations with restaurant and grocery partners, coordinating with engineers, product managers and external providers. You will manage pre-kickoff work, milestones, go-live criteria and escalate issues to ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in API integrations and technical program management.
• 5 years in Technical Integrations Management or similar roles.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with SaaS-like configurations.
• Proficient with data tools for troubleshooting.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Excellent communication, organization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end API integrations for partner onboarding and production go-live.
• Manage pre-kickoff, milestones, and project communications for key accounts.
• Oversee project life cycle: rollout plans, go-live criteria, escalate issues.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and alignment across external and internal teams.
• Identify process improvements and drive changes across product, engineering, or POS teams.
• Analyze partner feedback to assist Product Management prioritization.
