Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Specialist Clinical Pharmacist – Antimicrobial Therapy based at King's Mill Hospital. In this part-time role you will support antimicrobial stewardship, ensure safe and evidence-based prescribing, and help achieve local, regional and national targets.

As a senior member of the pharmacy team you will develop, implement and monitor antimicrobial guidelines, audit practice, monitor usage and expenditure, and lead positive changes

Qualifications

• Experience in antimicrobial stewardship and stewardship programs.
• Ability to develop and implement antimicrobial guidelines.
• Auditing clinical practice and monitoring antimicrobial usage.
