Job summary

ASOS is embarking on a digital transformation and expanding its Product team with a powerful new way of working that places our digital products at the heart of the business. We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to play a pivotal role in ensuring its success.

As a Senior Product Designer working on our Android app, you’ll work across many development areas, solving customer problems through experimentation and data-driven decisions, leveraging AI to shape how customers experience

Qualifications

Significant experience designing and shipping native Android products.
Strong knowledge of Material 3 and theming.
Ability to create adaptive layouts for multiple devices and screen sizes.
Proficiency in prototyping in Figma and other tools.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (PMs, engineers, stakeholders).
Portfolio showing craft on Android platform.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design of native Android experiences from discovery through to shipped, measured, and iterated product.
Design for breadth of Android ecosystem, including large screens and foldables.
Collaborate with iOS design to keep experiences coherent across platforms.
Translate design into Jetpack Compose-friendly structures and tokens.
Prototype and iterate using AI-assisted tools and on-device testing.
Drive accessibility improvements across shipped features.
