ASOS is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of our Android experiences, shaping a fast-paced, vision-driven product org. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver highly usable, accessible, and scalable mobile experiences across diverse devices and markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and shipping native Android products.
• Strong knowledge of Material 3 and theming.
• Experience designing for fragmentation: adaptive layouts and accessibility.
• Proficient with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose to inform design decisions.
• Skilled with Figma and modern prototyping tools; able to evolve design systems.
• Experience translating quantitative and qualitative insights into design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of native Android experiences from discovery through shipped, measured, and iterated product.
• Champion reusable patterns and components across the Android app and collaborate with iOS to maintain coherence.
• Work closely with engineers to translate design into Jetpack Compose-ready structures and tokens.
• Prototype early using Figma, code, or AI-assisted tools to validate ideas with the team.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery and performance.
• Conduct and apply user research to validate design choices and keep decisions customer-led.
