Job summary

Fidenda in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to own end-to-end technical solutions on client engagements, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence and business growth.

You will mentor junior team members, contribute to the sales process, and support continuous improvement of our ways of working, with flexible remote-first working and access to our Kings Cross office.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience with ownership of complex technical solutions.
• Deep expertise in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Sales domains.
• Strong senior stakeholder management with commercial awareness.
• Anaplan Solution Architect certification or clear delivery path toward certification.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical solution on client engagements from design to delivery and adoption.
• Act as the technical escalation point, managing progress, risks and scope.
• Lead workshops with senior stakeholders and provide clear recommendations.
• Identify when to propose technical versus process or people-change solutions for clients.
• Coach and develop junior consultants and promote Fidenda’s culture and values.
