Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Reporting Lead to join the Project Performance Office to connect people, processes and data for informed decision making across Sellafield projects.

The role focuses on developing integrated reporting, standards and dashboards, working with Programme Controls, Digital and senior leaders to deliver actionable performance insights and robust governance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading project, programme or portfolio reporting in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of project, programme and portfolio management principles.
• Experience interpreting controls data (schedule, cost, risk, performance) to generate management insight.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders.
• Strong analytical capability to translate complex information into clear management information.
• Experience with reporting and BI tools, particularly Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive reporting framework that aligns project, programme and portfolio reporting into a single, integrated performance management approach.
• Establish reporting standards, governance and methodologies for consistency and quality across the Project Delivery Directorate (PDD).
• Collaborate with Programme Controls and wider teams to analyse performance trends, identify issues, and deliver integrated insights for governance and decision-making.
• Lead the development of performance dashboards, reports and executive summaries for different governance forums; work with Digital to define system requirements and ensure Power BI capability and data quality.
