Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a senior professional to lead performance reporting for complex infrastructure programmes. You will drive reporting systems, define KPIs, and coach teams to deliver trusted performance information that informs major client decisions. Experience with project controls and data analysis is essential; you will work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to deliver measurable benefits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience reporting on infrastructure related projects (e.g. Engineering/Defence/Utilities/Energy).
• Experience supporting configuration and setup of project reporting systems.
• Obtained a project controls related qualification (PMQ / Project Planning & Controls / EVM / Risk Management).
• Experience in using data analysis tools (Power BI / Tableau / QlikView).
• Experience in leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Driving implementation and continuous improvement in performance reporting (and interfacing project controls) processes to create efficiency and increasing benefits to our clients.
• Developing performance and reporting management plans for our clients based on project requirements, maturity and best practice.
• Driving the implementation, embedding and roll-out of any identified changes to reporting processes.
• Promoting the benefits and requirements of performance reporting within the project and programme team.
• Appropriately selecting, implementing, administering, and maintaining reporting systems and procedures.
• Lead implementation and change Controlling reporting hierarchies and approaches.
• Lead the definition of KPIs and performance measures dictionary.
• Leading teams of project controls / reporting professionals to deliver effective, consistent, assured and value adding performance information to our clients across diverse and complex programmes.
• Present / provide performance recovery recommendations to relevant stakeholders and senior management to support effective decision making.
• Training and coaching clients and less experienced team members on performance and reporting management processes and practices.
• Undertaking line management activities including career development and performance management.]
