Job summary

Costello Medical is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead Rare Disease projects, deliver high-quality analysis, and mentor project teams. You will own client work, develop strategic recommendations, and contribute to business development across multiple account types.

The role offers hybrid working, flexibility on start dates, and a starting salary of £50,000 per year with a discretionary profit share. Applicants may be considered for 30-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (2.1 or higher).
• Experience delivering projects within an agency/consultancy setting.
• Experience leading medical communications, HEOR and/or market access projects; rare disease experience preferred.
• Strong scientific writing; tailor content for payers, HCPs, patients, clients.
• Proven client communication and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Costello Medical's Rare Disease service offering.
• Own client projects, provide strategic guidance and mentor project teams.
• Develop proposals and pitches to win new work and expand existing accounts.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities and contribute to business development.
