Costello Medical is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to lead and grow our Rare Disease service offering. You will own client projects, provide strategic advice, and mentor project teams to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables across value & access, evidence development and medical communications in rare diseases.

As you progress, you will help develop long‑term client partnerships, support business development, and contribute to proposals and pitches.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (2.1 or higher).
• Agency/consultancy project delivery experience; rare disease experience beneficial.
• Technical and strategic knowledge to advise clients on content and approach.
• Strong scientific writing tailored for payers, HCPs, patients and clients.
• Experience leading client communications in written and verbal forms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written accuracy and fluency in English; numeracy.
• Proven project management to ensure timely delivery.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word for professional outputs.
• Commitment to high-quality customer service and deliverables.
