About The Role

We're looking for an experienced professional to help lead and grow our Rare Disease service offering as Costello Medical continues to expand. In this Senior Analyst role, you will take ownership of client projects, provide strategic advice, and support and mentor project teams to ensure delivery of high‑quality deliverables to agreed timelines.

You will play a key role in delivering projects that span value & access, evidence development and medical communications, all within rare disease indications. You will have the opportunity to contribute to diverse project types such as medical activities and events, publications, literature reviews, value materials and HTA submissions. This includes developing innovative approaches to overcome the unique challenges working within rare and ultra-rare diseases. Our work covers a range of client accounts, disease areas and technologies.

Alongside project delivery, you will contribute to the development of long‑term client partnerships and support business development initiatives. This includes leading and contributing to project proposals and pitches, identifying opportunities to expand our work with existing clients, and exploring potential new client accounts to support the continued growth of our Rare Disease offering. As you progress, you will also be expected to take increasing ownership of business development activities, including building and managing your own pipeline of work independently.

About you

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual who possesses a genuine enthusiasm for healthcare and a proactive approach to fostering client relationships. • Experience leading client communication in both written and verbal formats, and the ability to adapt to varied communication styles

  • The proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a high degree of written accuracy and excellent proficiency in English and numeracy

  • Demonstrable project management skills to ensure timely project delivery

  • Proficiency in data presentation, with the ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to produce professional, high-standard work

  • A commitment to maintaining exceptional customer service and quality deliverables amidst competing demands

  • Flexible benefits scheme offering cash payments, additional pension contributions and more

  • Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection and Life Assurance

  • Paid and unpaid sabbaticals based on length of service

Hybrid Working Policy: We believe that having face‑to‑face time in the office holds many benefits and is central to ensuring that the community we have created, where people have a workplace they belong to and feel part of, is never lost. At the same time, we recognise that homeworking can improve work‑life balance, reduce commuting times and costs, and provide the opportunity to juggle personal commitments.

Therefore, we offer flexible working arrangements that allow our colleagues who have passed probation to work from home for up to half of the time, measured across a 2-week rolling period. During your probationary period (normally the first 6 months of the role), you will be able to work from home for 1 day per week.

Visa Sponsorship
