Costello Medical is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to lead Rare Disease projects and guide project teams toward high-quality deliverables. The role offers hybrid working options and a starting salary of £50,000 per annum.

You will own client projects, contribute to business development, and mentor colleagues while supporting value, access, medical communications, and HTA submissions across diverse client accounts.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree-level qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum 2.1).
• Experience delivering projects in an agency/consultancy, including medical communications/HEOR or market access.
• Strong scientific writing with ability to tailor content for payers, HCPs, patients and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead across Rare Disease projects and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Own client deliverables and contribute to business development and proposals.
• Build and manage a personal pipeline of work and contribute to long-term client partnerships.
