Costello Medical is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead and grow our Rare Disease service offering. You will own client projects, provide strategic advice, and mentor project teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables across medical communications, HEOR and value evidence.

In this role, you will contribute to developing proposals, expanding existing accounts, and building your own pipeline. The position offers hybrid working, a competitive £50,000 salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline (2:1).
• Experience delivering projects in an agency/consultancy in medical communications, HEOR, and/or market access; rare disease experience beneficial.
• Strong scientific writing and ability to tailor content for payers, HCPs, patients, clients, and internal teams.
• Excellent English and numeracy with high attention to detail.
• Experience leading client communication in written and verbal formats; ability to adapt to varied styles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
